This Library contains old "How To" books on various subjects.  The books in this library date from about 1922 or earlier.  Their copyrights have expired and they are now passed permanently into the public domain.  I have scanned and copied these books onto CD-ROM disks.  These CD-ROM disks can be read on any type of computer which has a web-browser program installed.  Simply insert the disk into your drive and click on the "START.HTM" file.  The book reading program will open in your computer's default web-browser.  The HTML reading program displays each page very quickly. The page navigation is very fast and easy to use .
